To be eligible to use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Service Description
Our Service provides one-on-one recovery sessions with an alcohol/drug addiction specialist. Our addiction specialists are not trained or certified councillors, they are individuals who have gone through alcohol and/or drug addiction recovery and have the life experience to guide clients on recovery, sessions may include assessment, guidance, and support for developing coping skills and strategies to manage cravings and triggers.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment for recovery sessions must be made prior to the session. We accept major credit cards and work with most major insurance providers. Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 1 week prior to the scheduled session without penalty.
Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously and all personal information shared during recovery sessions is strictly confidential in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Our Service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of our website or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Service and your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
Termination
